The Venue at Horseshoe Casino Rules
The Venue at Horseshoe Casino events are usually reserved seating events where guests can sit across two levels to watch the show. Whether you’re in the balcony or the main level, you’ll be able to enjoy clear sight lines to the stage so that you won’t miss any of the action. And your experience will be comfortable as the chairs are pull down cushioned theater style seating. Most guests find there is plenty of elbow space as well.
Some events may be general admission events with limited seating and will be noted as such in the event description. There may be accessibility seating available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that general admission events may not have as much ADA-approved space available.
If you require ADA-approved accommodations or emergency ADA-assistance, then please be sure to contact the venue as soon as possible. You may contact the venue at (866) 711-SHOE/7463.
